The driving motor in new energy vehicles is an electric motor that provides driving force for vehicle operation. It is a part of new energy vehicles and the "heart" of new energy vehicles.

As an important component of the "heart" - the motor core, it is the channel of magnetic flux and the key to electromagnetic energy conversion. It bears the comprehensive effect of mechanical vibration, electromagnetic force, and heat in the motor. For motors with multiple performance requirements, in order to improve the control force of the magnetic circuit, the iron core is particularly important.

As a professional manufacturing factory for motor iron cores, HY currently has multiple sets of high-speed stamping machines dedicated to the production of motor iron cores. At the same time, it has high-precision precision testing equipment, advanced processing technology, and 3Q6S management, which has established HY's competitiveness in the market.

Following the successful cooperation with Chongqing Jinkang Power New Energy Co., Ltd. on the range extender motor core project, the two sides ushered in a new cooperation project at the end of 2022, namely the drive motor core project. After the unremitting efforts of all employees of HY, the sample delivery was completed ahead of schedule in February 2023, and it is planned to introduce mass production in the first half of the year.

The combination of high-speed stamping machines and high-precision progressive molds, as well as the re pressurization and laser welding of fully automatic welding equipment, and the perfect integration of technology and process, have achieved qualified stator and rotor iron core products.

After production is completed, the product will undergo multiple inspections and can only be packaged and shipped after passing the inspection, ensuring that customers receive satisfactory products.
